·  Telehealth Visit $75

·  House Call Urgent Care/Sick Visit $200

·  House Call Wellness Visit $150

·  House Call Sports/School Physical $150

·  House Call Additional Family Member (seen during the same visit) $100

·  House Call Follow Up $125 (within 14 days of original visit)

·  Newborn Visit- $225 

• 2-5 days after birth
• 2 weeks of age
• 1 month
• 2, 4, 6, & 9 months

· Rapid Covid & Influenza A/B Combination Swab- $25

· Rapid RSV Test- $25

· Rapid Strep Swab- $25

· Urinalysis- $25

· Rapid Mono Test- $25

· Blood Glucose- $10

· Urine Pregnancy Test- $10

• Dermabond (skin glue)/Skin Closure System- $75
• Staples- $100
• Stitches- $150

·  Suture or Staple Removal- $25

·  Abscess Drainage- $75

*These charges in addition to the house call fee. 

·  IV Fluid Hydration- $100

·  Zofran (IV or Oral), Decadron- $25

·  Antibiotic Eye Drops- $30

·  Benadryl, Motrin, Tylenol- $10

·  Nebulized Breathing Treatments 

• $50 for first treatment. $20 each additional treatment. 
• New Nebulizer for each patient included in price.

·  Medication Management- $25 (medication refills)
