April Clay is the founder and CEO of My Telehealth 360. She is a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP-C) with over 20 years nursing experience.
April began her career as a pediatric emergency nurse, caring for children in high-acuity settings and working as a Pediatric/Neonatal Transport Nurse. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University, becoming both a Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner, and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Her background includes extensive work in emergency and trauma care settings for both adult and pediatric patients. April has worked for the last 7 years and is still currently working as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner in our local emergency departments with heavy focus on pediatric emergency care.
April founded My Telehealth 360 to bring that same high level of care to families in a more convenient, personalized format through telemedicine and personalized in home visits.
April lives in St. John's county in Shearwater with her two children and their dog. She is passionate about serving her community and providing healthcare that empowers patients to take control of their own health.
