·  House Call Urgent Care/Sick Visit $200

·  House Call Wellness Visit $150

·  House Call Sports/School Physical $150

·  House Call Additional Family Member (seen during the same visit) $100

·  House Call Follow Up  (within 14 days of original visit) $125

·  Newborn Visit (for each visit) $225 

       Recommended newborn visits by American Academy of Pediatrics:

• 2-5 days after birth
• 2 weeks of age
• 1 month
• 2, 4, 6, & 9 months

· Rapid Covid & Influenza A/B Combination Swab $25

· Rapid RSV Test $25

· Rapid Strep Swab $25

· Urinalysis $25

· Rapid Mono Test $25

· Blood Glucose $10

· Urine Pregnancy Test $10

·  Zofran (IV or Oral), Decadron $25

·  Antibiotic Eye Drops $30

·  Benadryl, Motrin, Tylenol $10

·  Nebulized Breathing Treatments 

• $50 for first treatment. $20 each additional treatment. 
• New Nebulizer for each patient included in price.

·  Medication Management $25 (medication refills)
